How familiar do I need to be with Pilates to do these classes?

You don't need any Pilates experience to get started! Our Pilates Essential classes and 4-Week Beginner Programs will help you learn and perfect the techniques you need.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

There are a range of workouts designed around equipment and non-equipment options.


Access to equipment increases your workout options to include things like Reformer, activation bands, hand weights, etc. but there are numerous effective and challenging flows that don't involve any equipment at all.

Is there a Weekly Schedule I can follow?

  • Yes! We release NEW Weekly Schedules for both Reformer & Mat Pilates every Monday. You can find it in-app and uploaded on our Instagram @mypilatesproject

Are the workouts safe if I am pregnant of have recently had a baby?

We offer pre and post-natal classes designed specifically for new moms and moms-to-be. We recommend watching our pre or post-natal intro videos before participating in our Pre & Post Natal Programs and enjoying classes form the Pregnancy Category. Please seek guidance/clearance from your physician if you have any additional concerns.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, of course. Simply sign in to your account and Manage Your Subscription under your Account Profile.
