Do I need a Peak Pilates® reformer?

No. Springs are written as Heavy, Medium, Light and Extra Light alongside the Peak Pilates colors, so you can set them on the reformer in your studio. Mat class plans need no reformer at all.

Can I teach these plans in my own classes?

Yes. That’s what they’re for. Teach them as written, or mix blocks from the Flow Library to make them your own.
