What you need to do
Place the flour and eggs in a large bowl, slowly pour in the water, keep whisking until everything is mixed well. Add a pinch of salt into the batter, along with the green onions and mix well until evenly coated in the batter mixture.
Heat some oil in a non-stick skillet over a medium heat, carefully pour about ⅓ of the mixture into the pan and spread out to form a round pancake. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Repeat this process with the remaining pancake batter.
Place a pancake onto each plate and serve with tamari sauce as a dip.
